Can I send items as a gift direct to a different addresss?
Yes, you can add additional addresses in your account area and then when you reach the basket stage you can specify the address to which you want the item sent. You can also select gift wrapping as an option and even include a message!
Do you hold Jewellery Parties?
Yes, we do. We are looking for party hosts and agents who will present the party. We pay good commissions so please get in touch if you are interested.
How do I return my purchase?
If you wish to return your purchase(s) you have 14 days from receipt of your purchase to send us any returns (unsuitable or faulty) that you may have. We will not refund or exchange any items sent back to us outside of this time frame. We cannot accept pierced goods as unsuitable returns for hygiene reasons. All returns must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, so they can be re-sold if not damaged i.e. Boxes, labels, manuals, instructions and guarantees must be included to enable us to process your return efficiently. We recommend you use a trackable postage service to make any returns. Returns can take up to 30 days to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return. All refunds will be in the form of credits for the website. Please read item 7 in the terms and conditions.
